Jane works with adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief and relationship difficulties. A particular area of expertise is supporting individuals in navigating significant career, role and life transitions. She also specialises in helping people cultivate excellence at work while maintaining their mental well-being and passion for their job.

Her primary approach is Solution Focused, guiding clients to clarify their vision for the future and leverage their strengths, skills, and resources to achieve meaningful change. This evidence-based method is highly effective in creating lasting impact in a short time. This helps clients foster personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.

With over 20 years’ experience as a psychologist and 15 years as a coach, she has worked in a variety of settings such as the UK National Health Service, in private practice, an Adjunct Professor at NUS and a visiting Consultant Psychologist at the Institute of Mental Health. She has 14 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator including as a University Lecturer in Clinical Psychology, and a global coach educator. She also develops customised workplace trainings on a variety of topics related to mental well-being, preventing burnout and building resilience.

Jane is from the United Kingdom originally and has been based in Singapore for over 13 years. She has a keen interest in cross cultural psychology and what adaptations are needed to be able to work effectively in this cultural context.

**Please note that while Jane supports parents, she is not a child psychologist. Her expertise lies in helping parents navigate their own individual or relationship challenges that may be impacting their parenting. She can assist parents in exploring strategies for achieving better work–life balance and managing general parenting-related stress that affects their wellbeing or performance at work. She does not provide assessments of children or offer specific guidance on managing children’s behaviour or mental health concerns.**
